Welcome to Sofya's site, home to yoga for pregnancy, birth, the postnatal period and mums with young families and babies.

Through ayurveda and yoga, I offer women the space and time to relax, to be nurtured and energised. I have 8 years experience and passionate commitment of working with women and their babies in the South Wales and Cardiff area.
