Baby Yoga

Baby Yoga offers babies amazing tactile stimulation through movement, touch, rhythm, singing and relaxation.  Both parents and babies come from all over Cardiff and beyond to share and enjoy this experience together.

The foundations of the techniques taught come from the Ayurvedic tradition of infant care in India, inspiration is also drawn from traditions where communication with babies is achieved through physical contact and compassionate handling. Find out more

Baby and motherBaby Yoga and baby massage complement each other very well. They are a delight to combine and babies respond very positively to the experience of being simultaneously massaged and moved.
